A flexible, friendly service with customer satisfaction our main priority and we offer an "Unconditional Quality Guarantee", that is, we guarantee your garments will be ironed to the best possible quality that we can do, and if obviously unsatisfactory we will re-iron the garment/s for you free of charge.
We collect and deliver FREE on all orders within a 6 mile radius of our premises. Over 6 miles will incur a £2.50 delivery charge. If you prefer to drop off and pick up your ironing you will receive 10% off your order.

How Does Our Ironing Service Work?
Call us to arrange collection. Our service operates between 8.00am and 8.00pm, 5 days a week.
We offer a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly ironing service.
For the first collection please place all you're ironing into a bag with your name and address clearly marked.
We will provide you with a laundry bag complete with name tag ready for our next visit.
We will collect your ironing at your home or place of work at the arranged time.
All ironing is carried out by hand in a clean, smoke-free working environment. Your ironing will be hung or folded and covered using polythene covers.
We will then return your ironing to you at a pre-arranged time within 48 hours (standard)from initial pickup.
Payment is then due in cash.

All ironing is returned to you at a pre-arranged time within 48 hours (standard) from initial pickup.
We offer a 24 hour turn around for an additional 20%.
Same day service for an additional 25% Any unclean or damaged items will be returned to you un-ironed to avoid any misunderstanding.
In the unlikely event of a loss/damage to any of your items it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
We will be pleased to compensate you like for like up to a maximum of £20 per item for loss/damage to any of your items. Proof of purchase of replacement is required.
To avoid any misunderstanding we iron all items with print on them, inside out.
All clothes are delivered neatly folded or hung in protective covers, with baby and toddlers items neatly folded.
All hangers, covers and laundry bags are provided FREE of charge on loan and remain the property of our sister company IronRight and must be returned to us next time we collect your ironing or we will need to charge £0.10 per hanger next time we iron your items.
We operate a minimum order policy of £20 per collection, therefore, orders below this will be charged at £20.00 plus any delivery charge where applicable.
We charge £5.00 where no-one is home for collection or delivery as arranged.We accept cash payments only.
