Do you employ your staff?
Yes all our staff are employed by Homes2Clean® we are responsible for paying their tax and national insurance.
How much do you charge per hour?
Homes2Clean® does not operate on an hourly rate.
Why don't you operate on an hourly rate?
Operating on an hourly rate in the cleaning industry creates uncertainty for both parties. An hourly rate doesn't assure that you get the service you require. An hourly rate does not guarantee an end result. Our team will clean your home from top to bottom on each visit and we will not leave until we have finished.
What type of chemicals do you use?
Homes2Clean® believes in supporting the environment. All our products are environmental friendly and are purchased from reputable suppliers of superior environmentally friendly cleaning products. Homes2Clean® refuses to take short-cuts by using inferior cleaning products or supplies. Likewise the bottles that we use are recyclable and contain optimum levels of recycled material.
What if I don't want you to use your equipment in my home? If I supply the equipment, can you supply the staff?
The safety of both our staff and clients ALWAYS comes first. Using a client's cleaning supplies may cause potential hazards. Using an individual untagged vacuum cleaner or incorrectly marked chemicals could have potentially devastating results. For safety, quality and insurance reasons, we therefore avoid using equipment that is not the property of Homes2Clean®.
How do you avoid cross-contamination between sites?
We take pride not only in our cleaning but in the fact that we do everything possible not to cross contaminate areas around your home. We use colour coded cloths which have a purpose for each area of your home. All of our cloths and mop heads are freshly laundered for each home we clean.
Do I have to be at home when you come to clean?
Most of our clients are professional people who are out at work all day, so we provide a secure key holding service which allows our team of professional cleaners access to their home to clean on the agreed scheduled day. All our staff are carefully vetted and screened, and references are followed up prior to employment with Homes2Clean®.
How and when do I have to pay?
We request that our one-off clients make payment in cash and regular clients pay weekly or bi-weekly by standing order.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, we like to keep things simple, but we do ask that you give us a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations of service. If we do not receive the minimum notice you will be charged for the clean.
Do I have to pay for cleaning while on holidays?
You can claim up to 2 consecutive NON CHARGE weeks due to holidays, further cancellations will be charged at 50% of the cleaning quote as a service management fee. The balance will be credited back to your account.
Why do I pay a Service Management Fee?
In order to maintain your service we retain a service management fee to cover admininstration costs and guarantees your preferred cleaning day.
What type of guarantee do you offer?
Homes2Clean® agrees to re-clean any areas of concern which are reported within 24 hours of completion of service at no charge to the client (provided the work missed was specified in the service agreement and/or quotation).
